Many military spouses and transitioning service members ask, “How do you take your military job and put it into civilian terms?” The answer is that you have to learn to recognize the skills you developed, verbalize them, and highlight them. One of the easiest ways to do this is to add your experiences to your resume as work experience. In this episode of Resume Boot Camp, we cover transferable skills and how you might write about them in the work experience section of your resume.
